Community Marketing Services LLC is a licensed real estate broker, and the marketing and sales
division of the Community Services Group. The company is run by
Jim Wright. Our objective in Community Marketing is to offer the
owners in our association clients an alternative way to market
and sell their homes that can potentially put thousands of
dollars in their pockets, where it belongs. According to the
National Association of Realtors, 88% of real estate sales in
the country happen without the benefit of newspaper advertising.
According to other sources, 70% of listings in the MLS
(Multiple Listing Service) are sold by a real estate brokerage
other than the listing broker. And when you put your home in the MLS,
you make your home accessable to thousands of real estate agents who
are anxious to help you sell it.
For a 4.9% commission, we will:
- See your home, research and price it accordingly.
- Put your home in the appropriate Multiple Listing Service,
which makes it available for all Realtor's to help sell
it. Their portion of the commission comes out of the 4.9%.
- Install For Sale sign on property, if permitted
- Advertise listings on the Internet
- Monitor all negotiations through attorney review
- Monitor all inspections to make sure they are done in a timely
manner
- Make sure prospective buyers are prequalified for a mortgage
