Mike Pesce-Co-owner and President of Community Services Group. Mike has been involved in the management of Community Associations since 1987, and has been active in the leadership of the industry through our participation in Community Associations Institute (CAI). He is the past president of the New Jersey Chapter of CAI and the Board liaison to the Legislative Action Committee, and was the 1995 recipient of CAI's Member of the Year award. He previously served for three years as chairman of that committee during a time of monumental legislative changes affecting associations. Mike is also on the Legislative Committee of the New Jersey Apartment Association.He has achieved his Professional Community Association Manager(PCAM) designation, and is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson. Mike served on the Board at the townhouse community that he lived in for three years, including one year as president. Prior to joining Community Management, he practiced law for six years at a prominent New Jersey law firm,specializing in real estate litigation.

Bill Cirkus-Co-owner and CEO of the Community Services Group. Bill has been involved in the management, marketing, maintenance, development and conversion of community associations since 1976. He was the chief financial officer of the Watergate Group in Washington, D.C., and started the Community Management division in 1979. Bill is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson as well as a certified public accountant.

Jim Wright-Broker of Record and Vice President of Community Marketing Services,L.L.C. Jim has been involved in the real estate industry since 1982 in many capacities, including marketing and sales, association management and renovation of units. Jim has also served as a member of the Board of Directors at his own condominium residence.
