In response to the many requests we've received, we are very happy to announce a new easy way for you to pay your monthly bill. Now you can pay your maintenance and related charges, or your rent, through your checking or savings account each month by way of an automatic debit to your account, also known as ACH. You no longer have to write a check and the system avoids any chance of late payment. It eliminates the hassle of writing a check as well as mailing and postage. Better yet, the service is free. If you're tired of writing the monthly check, or you're paying one of the check writing services to send in your monthly payment, you can eliminate some cost, and assure that your payment is credited to your account by the quickest method available. You will also continue to receive an invoice for your records, with a notation that it will be paid via ACH.

When you sign up, you can either authorize recurring monthly payments, or one time payments that can be reauthorized each month. This service is available immediately, and we encourage each of you to take advantage of it. We are happy to be able to offer it to you.
