We are a New Jersey based real estate management and marketing company with a primary focus, since 1979, on residential real estate (condominiums, cooperatives, homeowner's associations and apartment buildings). Although our main office is located in Northern New Jersey, we have a number of clients located in the central and southern part of the state which are managed by property managers based in those areas.
Like any good service business, we are only as good as the people who represent us. We have accumulated a staff of property managers, administrators, accounting personnel and other support staff that we believe are the best in the business. They are what differentiate us from the rest of the industry. Our commitment to customer service is our number one priority.
