Billing and collection of rent

Calculate and bill and send notice of annual rent increases in accordance with local rent control laws

Monthly remittance of net cash flow to owner, with detailed statement of receipts and disbursements

Respond to tenant maintenance requests, including 24-7 emergency service

Regular inspections of home, with pictures and inspection reports emailed to owner

Arrange for required repairs by qualified contractors

Assistance in selection of qualified tenants

Provide necessary information at year end for owner’s tax preparer
