The undersigned employee of Community Management Corporation, Clifton, NJ hereby certifies that, as an employee of the company, I have never accepted remuneration in the form of cash, or anything other than a nominal gift from a vendor that we do business with, and will not do so at any time during my employment with the company. Nothing given to me by any vendor has ever influenced me in evaluating or recommending a vendor to a client association. Any attempts by vendors to offer an such remuneration will immediately be reported to Mike Pesce or Bill Cirkus.

This does not relate to, and is not meant to stop networking and referrals of business to or from vendors providing quality services or materials, charging competitive prices.

I understand that failure to adhere to the above will result in immediate dismissal.
