Community Management announces a new division-Home Management Services of New Jersey, a division of Community Management, has been established to service the needs of homeowners who rent out their unit and don't want to take care of the day to day responsibilities of being a landlord. CAI Trade Show-The 2008 CAI Trade Show will be held on Saturday, October 18 at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison. Recent membership of the NJ chapter of CAI, in which our own Mike Pesce is a past president and member of the Legislative Action Committee, stands at over 700 associations, 500 service providers, and 50 homeowners. Unitowner Links-We have started a new feature on our website, at which we offer links to other websites relating to our unitowners. These can be personal homepages or the website for your company. We are not going to endorse any of them, but simply give others access to them from our website. We of course reserve the right to not include any website that we feel is inappropriate for any reason. If you email us your name, community that you own in, a brief description (up to two lines) of the website, and an email link that you want included, we will gladly consider it for inclusion. There is no charge for this service.
